Tree Hazard Assessment is a service that we provide which will enable the customer to better understand possible tree hazards and risks that may cause harm or injury.

For example, let's say that a tree adjoining a property line is leaning over a little too much, and suddenly, one day the tree falls and damage occurs. Who is at fault?  Is anyone at fault? These are just a few example questions among many that will arise if "finger pointing" begins.

A thorough hazard assessment prior to any tree failure may possibly avoid future legal ramifications.

It's always best to solve a problem before a problem occurs.
